We hike in the rain, snow, wind, and whatever other weather conditions nature decides to throw at us. After all, we’re going on adventures! If the weather is unsafe for any reason, the trip will be changed or postponed. You will be notified the week of your trip if there are changes due to weather.

Yes, you must pay 20% of the tour price in order to book. The remaining amount can be paid 3 or 2 days before arrival for the tour.

No, we do not charge additional fees or fuel surcharges. The price indicated is the price you pay. Including tax.

You must call 72 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund. Within 72 hours, you will be charged a $35 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of your tour or if you decide to no-show.

We understand that you may not have a printer on hand when you travel, so it is not necessary to have a printed copy. However, we do require that you show identification that matches your reservation and also the order number which will be emailed to you immediately after making your reservation.

Preparation

Wear whatever is comfortable. It is recommended to have a pair of sturdy, worn-in shoes, boots, or sneakers. It is best to dress in layers and wear clothing that absorbs sweat and keeps you dry and comfortable.

Not much, remember that our trips are all inclusive. We suggest you bring seasonally appropriate clothing and a backpack to carry extra snacks and water.

Reservation

Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. Reservations help us determine the number of guides we need to ensure our groups remain manageable and enjoyable, and allow us to notify you of tour changes due to weather or anything that may disrupt the tours.
